The prices include electricity, water, heating, internet and taxes. Bed linen and towels are also included (see "Equipment" section). It is possible to issue an invoice showing VAT (7%).

Arrival: from 3.30 p.m

Departure: until 10.00 a.m

50% deposit upon booking, the balance is due four weeks before arrival.

100% refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival.
50% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival.

For film recordings, the motif rental is EUR 190 per day of shooting, for days before and after processing EUR 95, but at least the above-mentioned minimum rent in seasonal times. A matter of negotiation from 3 days of shooting.
